Hotfix Hacker is a GUI for tool for building and customizing Windows Hotfix (update) packages.
Hotfix Hacker is mainly intended for people looking to build a proper update package for altered Windows files (such as a patched UXTHEME.dll) or to inspect or modify existing hotfixes.
The program only offers basic functions required to create a simple hotfix. If you need advanced functionality, you can edit the update.inf file manually after you build a package by selecting "Do not pack (folder of files)" as the output.
